The historic garden week is in its 78th season in Virginia. In our area, the Garden Club of Fairfax is holding a tour of 5 homes and their gardens with stops in Arlington and McLean. The tour takes place on Tuesday, April 19th from 10 am to 4 pm. Tickets are $25 on the day of the tour and $20 prior to the tour. The tour presents an opportunity to see a french country estate in Franklin Park, a residence on Chesterbrook Road with old english bricks, a painted brick cottage-rambler, a craftsman, and a home described by its owners as a cross between a “ranch and a cape cod on steroids.” See you on tour!
