You can also reach them by phone at (703) 430-3099. Generally speaking, facilities like this are only available for rent by owners in the condo association. Good luck.

Nora – To the best of my knowledge, the pool is owned by the condo association, whose link appears in this post. I think we're talking about 2 different things. Seskey Glen is in fact part of the legal tract of Moneys Corner. It is in Section 4 of that tract. You can confirm this on Fairfax County's website, which is linked in my sidebar. I believe your statement that it is not part of the Moneys Corner community might be connected to whether that section is in your HOA. Often, because legal tracts can be developed over a long period of time, parcels that are part of the same legal tract might not be part of the same HOA. My community descriptions are not focused on membership in an HOA. Instead, I'm focused on a mix of legal tracts and how communities are promoted, something realtors refer to as the advertised subdivision. And in a few places, where there isn't a legal tract or advertised subdivision, I pull together a community as a collection of streets. If the Moneys Corner HOA has a website or other online information, pass it along. If you don't have an online presence, I am happy to provide your community a website at no charge. Just drop me an email and we'll work out the details. And feel free to use these comments to let others know what makes Moneys Corner special.

Suzanne – Thanks for the comment. Periodically I search the web for information and came across your information regarding Money's Corner. You state "Seskey Glen" as being part of this community and it is NOT part of the Money's Corner Association nor property. We do own property up to the Fox Mill, Lawyers Road intersection so that could be the reason why this parcel seems to be included in on the neighborhood. It is misleading to state they are part of Moneys Corner. Please do not refer to mapquest or other web related information but contact us directly for neighborhood inclusions. I just wanted to clarify this for you for future reference. Respectfully, Suzanne Auda

I’m a homeowner, and also editor of the newsletter, of the Money’s Corner community you mention on your site. We recommend that locally, but it is not a requirement.Having your septic pumped every 3 to 5 years is smart. The new title 5 systems here can run from about $8000 to over $20000 depending on factors such as groundwater levels and soil composition. Title 5 upgrades are required here prior to a property transfer.

It is interesting that VA requires the systems by law to be pumped every 5 years.
