Community Description
Kings Park West is a community in Fairfax, Virginia. Developed in the early 1970′s, the Kings Park West neighborhood features both single family homes and townhomes. Single family homes at Kings Park West feature a wide variety of architectural styles ranging from cape cods, colonials, ramblers, split-levels, and split-foyers with brick and siding exteriors on home sites of 1/3 of an acre or less. The townhouses at the Kings Park West community feature brick exteriors and assigned parking.
The Kings Park West Civic Association is a non-profit, non-sectarian organization organized to promote community spirit and enhance the quality of the lives of its residents through community involvement. The Association is open to all residents of the Kings Park West community.
The Kings Park West community is a short walk to Lake Royal and very close to George Mason University. There are several parks close to the Kings West community including Lake Royal Park, Crooked Creek Park, and Kings Park to stretch your legs at the end of a long day.
