Community Description
Grovemont is a neighborhood of about 13 homes in Great Falls, Virginia, located off the Georgetown Pike between Springvale Road and Utterback Store Road. It was developed by the Gulick Group of Reston, VA. The estate homes, some of which back to parkland, sit on up to 2 acres of land.
Grovemont has received its share of favorable press coverage. It’s just down the street from another Gulick community, Autumn Wood. For the time being, there’s a model home at Grovemont to showcase what will be available at the new community.
