Community Description
Great Falls Crossing is a community of approximately 350 homes in six neighborhoods: Amberlea, The Estates, The Estates II, The Glen, The Meadows, and Ridgeview. The Great Falls Crossing community includes a blend of detached single family homes and townhomes.
Five of the neighborhoods were developed by Toll Brothers, and the sixth, Estates II at Water Falls Lane, was developed by NV Homes. Parts of the Great Falls Crossing community lie in Reston, and others have Vienna addresses. Great Falls Crossing has portions on both the east and west sides of Baron Cameron Avenue and is a short walk to the Reston Zoo and Baron Cameron Park. The Great Falls Crossing community boasts over 3 miles of walking paths to get out and explore.
The Vienna portion of Great Falls crossing connects to the adjacent subdivisions of Woodland Estates and Colvins Glen. The Great Falls Crossing community is managed by Sequoia Management of Chantilly, Virginia.
