Community Description
Mosby’s Landing is a community in Vienna, Virginia. Developed in the mid 1970′s, the Mosby’s Landing community features 275 contemporary-style patio homes and townhouses.
There are 2 patio home floor plans at Mosby’s Landing, the Stuart and Ewell. There are 33 Stuart Patio homes with 1018 square feet of living space and 58 Ewell Patio homes with 1131 square feet of living space. Mosby’s Landing includes 3 townhouses floor plans: the Lee, Stonewall, and Braxton. There are two versions of the Lee Townhouse. Version 1 offers 1132 square feet of living space with a family bath upstairs and version 2 with a hall bath upstairs. There are 58 units of the Lee version 1 and 34 units of the Lee version 2. There are 58 Stonewall townhouses with 1362 square feet of living space, and 34 Braxton townhouses with 1012 square feet of living space.
The Mosby’s Landing community is on Glengyle Drive off Route 123 between Nutley Street and Flint Hill Road. The Mosby’s community is convenient to the Nutley Street Metro Station, Interstate 66, and the shopping centers of Oakton and Vienna.
