I respect the privacy of visitors to my website. I may provide visitors the option of registering. If you register, I’ll email you a password. You can then log in using that password and change it to one of your choosing. I encourage you to register, but registration is not required.

Registered users automatically receive email updates when I make a new post. If you register, you can manage the type of email sent by my website (i. e., HTML or plain text), the post categories for which I send email updates, and the frequency with which you receive emails. Unregistered guests can also subscribe to receive email updates but have less flexibility to manage their subscriptions.

If you supply an email address to me, I reserve the right to contact you for any lawful purpose, including marketing new products or services and the operation of my site. However, I will not sell your email address or provide it to others without your prior permission or an order from a court of competent jurisdiction.

Comments you make are posted to my site and are available for others to view. However, your email address is is not available for others to see. I moderate comments, which means that I reserve the right to edit or delete comments that are duplicates, that contain offensive content (for example, obscenities), or that are not relevant to the original post (for example, spam). If you’ve made a comment in error and would like me to delete it, let me know via email and I’ll delete it for you.

My site uses browser-based cookies to enhance its functionality. These cookies are harmless, and you may delete them at any time if you decide to do so. However, if you delete cookies or block them altogether, those features of our site that make use of cookies will either not work or will not work as I intended.
