More than 10 years ago, I relocated to Northern Virginia from Massachusetts, so I know first hand the challenges of moving to a new area and finding a home. With more than a decade of experience buying and selling land and building homes in the area, I’ve acquired a solid understanding of local property values. As a licensed Class A builder, I know how to shop for new homes, re-sale homes, and land. That experience lets me catch something that might otherwise be overlooked, and what’s overlooked can be costly. My construction background also helps me to effectively represent sellers by being able to respond to concerns from prospective buyers.
