Sometimes, it’s possible to get a sense of the market by looking at the properties that have undergone a price change. I’ve created a broad search that does just that. This particular search covers a lot of geography, including most of Northern Virginia. That’s the area from Leesburg in the west to Manassas in the south to the close-in DC suburbs of Arlington and Alexandria in the north. Any residential property for sale that has undergone a price change of 5% or more in the past 3 days is included, starting with the largest percentage drop. This search highlights the most recent price changes, so you’ll want to check back frequently to see the latest changes in the list.
